About Us
Palmyra Products was built out of a respect for pipe smoking and everything that comes with it.
I grew up around it. My dad smoked pipes and cigars, and those details stay with you—the smell of pipe smoke, the old tins and cigar boxes, the ritual, the tools, and the sense that these were objects meant to be kept and cared for. Over time that turned into a real appreciation for pipes themselves, not just as smoking instruments, but as pieces of craftsmanship with history behind them.
That is what Palmyra is centred on.
The focus here is pipes: restoring estate pipes, preserving old pipe-related pieces, and giving well-made objects a proper second life instead of letting them be discarded. A good pipe carries more than function. It reflects the maker, the era, the shaping, the finish, and the hands it passed through. That history matters, and it is worth preserving.
Pipe smoking has a depth to it that most modern things do not. It is slower, more deliberate, and rooted in tradition. There is history in the old English and Italian makers, in classic shapes, in finishing styles, in the way pipes were made to be used for decades rather than replaced. That is a big part of what drives this business. I want to keep that world alive and keep pipe smoking strong by putting quality pipes back into circulation and treating them with the respect they deserve.
Palmyra is not about hype, trends, or disposable goods. It is about restoration, preservation, and a genuine respect for the history of the pipe. Every piece is approached with that in mind—cleaned properly, restored carefully, and presented in a way that reflects what it is.
The goal is simple: preserve good pipes, honour their history, and keep them in use for the next generation.
