This estate piece is a classic testament to golden-era British manufacturing: a vintage GBD Popular, cut in the iconic 124 straight Billiard shape. For decades, GBD stood at the forefront of London pipemaking, alongside giants like Dunhill and Comoy's. The Popular line was designed to offer the exact same legendary briar quality and exceptional smoking characteristics of their premium lines but dressed in a dark, sandblasted or sand-carved finish to handle minor surface imperfections.
