From Nørding:
"Hunter’s Pipe 2003 — The White Tail
With a total number of about 20,000,000 and a range in most parts of USA, southern of Canada, South America, and as stocked in Europe, the White Tail is among the commonest deer in the world.
This enormous number is spread in 25–30 species, according to the environments in which the White Tail lives.
The White Tail has an unbelievable adaptability; it can live in dense coniferous wood, on open steppes and on cultivated agricultural areas.
It is worth mentioning that the White Tail brings forth 2 fawns unlike most other deer species which only throw 1 fawn, and then the White Tail has a high duration of life—up to 20 years. Normally it lives in small family groups but can gather in big herds to protect themselves against enemies like wolves and pumas.
There is a great difference of the weight of hind and stag—50 to 150 kilos depending on the species.
Dear Erik Nørding
With this, some facts about the White Tail.
It is the characteristic square shape of the head of the White Tail with its soft and beautiful lines, which is the model to the Hunter’s Pipe of 2003. Light and elegant!!
