Karl Erik Ottendahl helped bring the expressive Danish handmade style to a wider audience, producing individually shaped pipes at prices below the elite Copenhagen workshops. This example is stamped Handmade in Denmark and graded 3, with a long six-inch profile and a moderately sized chamber. Karl used ascending from 4 to 1.
