Private Cellar: 2025 Cornell & Diehl Fires on the Levee Small Batch

Fires on the Levee is a small-batch flake combining sweet Virginia grades, genuine St. James Perique, and two types of dark-fired Kentucky. The Virginias establish its sweet foundation; Perique adds dark-fruit depth and spice; and the Kentucky contributes woody, campfire-like notes. That makes it a darker and more savory take on a Virginia/Perique flake, with smoke coming from the dark-fired tobacco rather than Latakia.
