This pristine, New Old Stock piece is a whimsical, highly collectible icon of early Danish industrial shape design: a Stanwell Shape No. 39 straight "Peewit" Acorn. The stummel is sculpted into the distinct Peewit architecture, featuring a fluid, egg-shaped acorn bowl that exhibits a prominent, playfully protruding heel at the base. From this heavy base, the walls flare elegantly upward to a broad, slightly convex crown. This creative weight distribution provides significant insulation where the combustion occurs while ensuring an incredibly ergonomic, natural feel when held in the hand.
